We all know the many health benefits that tofu gives us. I don't think I need to tell you more or why it is considered as the WHFoods. You can always look that up online. BUT I do suggest if you do so, please get your facts from trusted sources. What I want to share with you here is how I utilize my ingredients and simplify my cooking. My hope is to inspire more people to enjoy home cooking and green eating. And I really want to change some people's misperception about home cooking being costly.
So I got a message from my brother today saying that he is scheduled for a body check this week and required to stay on a plant-based diet beforehand. This sounded perfect for me as I've always been trying to introduce him to my veggie dishes. Since he was whining about how he had a wimpy salad for lunch that isn't filling at all, I came up with this recipe focusing on filling up some big boys like my brother. And some of you might know that tofu is actually a great source for prostate health improvement. So yeah, tofu may seem sissy to some but it really isn't because it also helped to boost our immune system. ;)
